The king room was spacious and included a mini fridge, convenient for our groceries. Cleanliness stood out, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night. The complimentary breakfast offered basic essentials like muffins and juice, a nice touch. There were no ironing facilities in the room, and the absence of a hair dryer was a minor inconvenience. While the pool was unfortunately out of commission, the fantastic service and overall value made it a great option.

The hotel was clean and quirky, had absolutely fabulous views of the mountains and lake. Our room was clean, with coffee and a couch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was large. It was in a central setting close to highway...

The king room was spacious and super comfy. The staff were really good, even letting us check in early during a downpour. Plus, the place is pet friendly and close to a lovely park for walks. I'll definitely be back 🐾

Location was perfect for us, since it was just right over the bridge from the town of Nelson, B.c (we could do all our sightseeing by continuing north to the Hot Springs at Ainsworth... As well as a little further North to Kaslo!) (All conveniently reached from this prime location!) We even went on the free ferry ride to the other side of the lake! We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Motel and would go again! (Thank you!) .
I can't find anything that I did not like other than wishing we had more time to spend there! (We did not experience the free breakfast since we left too early.) Breakfast does not get served until 8 A.M.... and we tend to start our day at about 7 A.M.!)

I stayed for one night as part of a road trip and found the room to be clean and well laid out, especially the bathroom, which was quite impressive. The staff's assistance was nice, especially when a kind lady at the front desk offered me Tylenol when I wasn't feeling well. Even though the location might require a short drive for food or shopping, the comfort of the bed and the value for the price made it a worthwhile stop on my journey.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the city and happening places and events. Such as restaurants.
Location. It was easy access to the downtown area.

Their breakfast was a joke. There was no place to sit and eat a merger english muffin that I waited in line to use the one and only toaster, we had to ask for jam, there was a long line up in order to make your own waffle so we didn't wait, but the coffee was good, fresh and hot.
